The role entails:
* Providing exceptional customer service by embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
* Driving sales performance by exceeding KPIs and consistently raising team capabilities through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
* Utilizing data insights to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and fellow team of Senior Beauty Advisors.
* Fostering open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
* Serving as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
You will be equipped with initial training and continuous learning opportunities through our online learning platform and field trainers to help clients discover Sephora's amazing offerings.
