A fast track position to 2IC of Fund Operations. This role would suit a motivated and outside the box thinker.
$100-110k + Super package
About the company
We are working with a Fund & Wealth management company that is on a growth trajectory along with widening its product offering to the market. This role would come with autonomy to make system and process changes along with interesting project delivery. This role is less processing and more reviewing and problem solving so someone with experience in technical accounting skills would be required.
Duties
- NAV generation and reporting
- Asset performance analysis presentations
- Offshore team management
- Validating daily unit prices, investment returns, and portfolio instructions
- Onboarding current investments and fees into the unit pricing structure
- Reviewing and reconciling unlisted asset valuations
- Maintaining accurate general ledger and executing month-end/year-end
- Supporting statutory reporting and distribution calculations
- Enhancing procedures and governance frameworks
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years + Fund Accounting experience
- Self starter and motivated candidate who has strong ability to analyse
- CA or similar qualification
- Multi asset exposure advantageous
