We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
The focus will be on acquisition, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS), ensuring that digital channels deliver strong, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing to drive campaign success.
* Scale and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, leveraging strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, attribution modelling, and A/B testing.
* Manage affiliate programs and digital partnerships, building on experience in managing similar initiatives.
* Develop and execute data-driven strategies, fostering a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate across teams to translate insights into high-performing campaigns, driving business goals and resonating with our global audience.
