We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook with a specialization in Indian cuisine, including expertise in BBQ, tikkas, gravies, sauces, and chutneys. As a vital member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting a diverse range of authentic Indian dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and a delightful dining experience for our patrons.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Indian Culinary Expertise**: Demonstrate proficiency in preparing a variety of Indian dishes, showcasing mastery in BBQ, tikkas, gravies, sauces, and chutneys.
- **Food Preparation**: Execute precise and consistent food preparation techniques to maintain the authenticity and quality of Indian dishes.
- **Quality Control**:Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure that all dishes meet established standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- **Kitchen Management**:Effectively manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- **Adaptability**:Display adaptability in catering to varying customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Cook/Chef with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with BBQ, tikka, and chutney preparation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
