Job Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our customers, helping them achieve their life goals and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers in developing and implementing person-centred plans that identify their life goals and work towards achieving them;
* Assist customers with daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, and medication administration;
* Evaluate and implement positive behaviour support plans to promote a safe and supportive environment;
* Contribute to the effective management of administrative duties and mandatory reporting tasks.
