Key Account Manager – Milton, Queensland, AUS (Hybrid Position)

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with designated customers, aiming to become a trusted advisor. Ensure compliance with corporate account policies by managing support contracts, monitoring contract adherence, and providing detailed reporting. Engage and guide customers to maximize the value of our systems within their operations.

Travel Requirements

Domestic: Up to 30%.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

For your allocated customers you will be expected to:

* Develop and sustain long‐term corporate partnerships by cultivating strong relationships with your portfolio of assigned corporate clients, engaging key business executives and stakeholders.
* Consistently execute activities that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
* Manage customer relationships to maximize the value derived from our products in collaboration with other business units.
* Resolve client and customer challenges by designing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
* Oversee all sales and compliance‐related operations, including managing the sales process, ensuring Salesforce compliance, handling CCA management, identifying and managing services and software business opportunities, preparing and reviewing account plans with clients, and maintaining client contacts and emails for internal purposes.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, act as the primary point of contact for business development activities, escalating critical issues when necessary, regularly communicating with and visiting key customer contacts, developing call plans prior to customer interactions, managing opportunities, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to business planning, budgeting, intelligence gathering, and networking.
* Provide support to Business Development Executives as needed, including assistance with preparing and producing high‐quality sales materials and responses to effectively manage current and future complex sales opportunities.

Required Skills

* Extensive experience in account management, ideally within the mining sector.
* Comprehensive administrative skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy to ensure contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Customer Care Agreements (CCAs) accurately reflect the expectations of all parties involved.
* Proficient in utilising CRM tools effectively.
