Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and manage business activity within the state and in line with the company's vision, business plan, and market strategy.
* Plan and achieve sales opportunities aligned to state budgets.
* Profitably grow and develop the market share of the business.
* Drive business to exceed customer expectations.
* Contribute to an environment that engenders and promotes the organization's core values.
Accountabilities and Objectives:
* Meet or exceed assigned key performance objectives / indicators.
* Directly interface with customers and prospective customers.
* Represent the organization positively positioning its solutions and capabilities to target markets.
* Foster good staff morale and motivation.
* Ensure a safe work environment.
* Act as custodian for company assets.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in successful sales management.
* Demonstrated experience or capability for office management, team management, and business delivery and management reporting.
* Preferred tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or similar relevant qualification.
