About the Role
* Support customers in achieving their life goals and outcomes through person-centred plans;
* Join customers in community-based activities, promoting social inclusion and well-being;
* Provide assistance with daily living skills, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration, and attending appointments;
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed, fostering a safe and respectful environment;
* Undertake administration duties, including mandatory reporting, to ensure compliance and efficiency;
Key Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders;
* Ability to follow Person Centred plans, assisting individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes;
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working with people with disabilities, embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity;
* A valid driver's license and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with our motor vehicle allowance rebate);
* Certificate III in disability or individual support or higher, demonstrating a strong foundation in disability services;
