Position: Marketing Manager – Permanent, Full‐Time. Location: Adelaide, Australia.
Role Overview
Develop and manage the marketing strategy and associated go‐to‐market activities for the Altus platform, positioning the product in the market through deep understanding of industry segments and key audiences to achieve acquisition, retention, and growth goals for customers and partners.
Responsibilities
* Create partner and customer personas and journey mapping to understand buyer behaviour and attract high‐quality leads.
* Be the voice of the customer internally, understanding needs through research and engagement.
* Research the competitive landscape and collaborate with product teams and partners.
* Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing products upon release.
* Define and update key value propositions, including pricing strategies.
* Develop lead nurture journeys to convert enquiries into qualified sales leads.
* Manage digital channels, including the Altus website, social media, SEM/SEO.
* Monitor and measure effectiveness of digital marketing activities to support sales goals and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the Brand Manager on brand identity management.
* Identify and manage award submissions.
* Sourcing key components of client evidence (videos, case studies).
* Act as key liaison between Altus leadership and the Sensei Marketing team.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
* 5‐10 years of experience in product marketing, brand awareness, and demand generation.
* Familiarity with marketing platforms such as WordPress, CRM, campaign tools, measurement and tracking tools.
* Experience with the Microsoft technology suite.
* Strategic thinking with a customer‐centric approach.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messages to the right audience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Self‐motivated with excellent time‐management and organisational abilities.
