* Manage a portfolio of 180 properties in the Inner West region
* Provide support for leasing and inspections, as well as communication with landlords and tenants regarding correspondence, repairs, and maintenance
* Conduct outgoing inspections and control arrears
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a Property Manager
* Excellent teamworking skills and ability to train junior staff members
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license
