This is a permanent full-time position based in Thornleigh, NSW. Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm. Your key responsibilities will include: Promoting and selling an extensive product range over the counter, via phone, and email. Building strong, long-term relationships with customers to identify growth opportunities. Support warehouse operations: receiving, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch. Liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders. What you’ll need to succeed: You have a background in customer service, preferably within a wholesale environment, though we also welcome candidates with solid retail sales experience. Ideally you will have some familiarity with the electrical industry or related industries. You are a fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly Hardworking and driven, you are eager to expand your skills and advance your career within the company. You have exceptional people skills and communication abilities - be able to communicate with a range of individuals. A true team player, always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Hold a valid C Class license. You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
