Responsibilities include: - Identifying network & server issues eg: internet, WIFI, telephony & network connectivity - Monitor the iing helpdesk queue and promptly respond to support tickets. Working alongside the service desk - Project involvement - upgrades to office IT equipment, network, server hardware & software - Set up A/V and video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms. - Perform assigned configuration changes to network infrastructure within change management protocols. - Maintain end-user documentation andmunicate with Members as required. Required background / knowledge / experience / personal qualities - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, making this role suitable for recent graduates. - Customer service focused - A desire to learn & develop their knowledge - Excellent written & verbalmunication - will be dealing with C level executives.
