Overview
Goodstart South Hurstville is recruiting a Centre Director to lead and manage an early learning centre of 36 places operating 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, serving a diverse, multicultural community. The role offers a competitive salary of up to $68.53 p/h + super, 12 % above award, childcare discount, salary packaging and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
* Use your experience in early learning to manage and develop the centre, guiding the next generation of educators.
* Deliver our bespoke learning programme created with global pedagogical leaders.
* Build and encourage a talented team, fostering a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* Plan for the future of the centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue‑generating business.
Qualifications
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
* Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
