We have offices in Bendigo and Shepparton and work with people in regional and rural Victoria who experience disadvantage relating to their housing, family, relationship, consumer, economic, social and civil rights.

About the role
As Policy and Project Manager you will:
* Lead policy development and advocacy strategies across housing, legal and climate justice guided by subject matter experts and client experience.
* Deliver strategic leadership of the Collaborate for Change project, working with sector partners and diverse stakeholders to improve housingoutcomes for regional renters.
* Represent ARC Justice in government consultations, sector collaborations and media engagements.
* Manage strategic projects from design to evaluation, ensuring community-led and evidence-informed approaches.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across government, philanthropy, academia and community sectors
