We have an exciting portfolio of current and upcoming projects, and we're looking for a Senior Landscape Architect with strong project management and leadership skills — particularly in documentation and contract administration phases.
This role is perfect for someone who blends creative vision with technical precision, who enjoys guiding a team through all stages of the design and delivery process. This permanent position is ideally full time, and whilst you'll need to be based in Brisbane for the longer term, we are open to supporting candidates in select other states with a staged relocation to Brisbane.
What you'll do

* Manage project deliverables, including site analysis, planning, design development, construction documentation, and tender packages.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive studio culture.
* Work across a variety of scales, from strategic master plans to detailed construction packages.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, sustainability practices, and design innovations.
What we're looking for
* Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
* Around 6 – 8 years' experience in a professional design practice.
* Proven track record leading small teams through all project phases, with emphasis on documentation and contract administration.
* Strong design thinking, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in REVIT (essential).
* Experience with Autocad, Vectorworks, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite desirable.
* Excellent visual communication, problem-solving skills, and sustainability knowledge.
* A passion for creating inclusive, environmentally responsible places.
Why join us

* Volunteering - up to 2x paid days per year to volunteer for a Purpose-aligned not-for-profit,
* MAPS Days – up to 4x paid days per year to explore a passion project or aligned interest,
* Ongoing professional development in a teaching and learning environment, and
