Job Description
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and advancing opportunities for international growth and development across snacks, foods, and powdered products.
This role offers the opportunity to shape a new global capability from the ground-up, in close partnership with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D teams.
* Map, segment, and prioritize the 3rd party distributor landscape globally.
* Support negotiations of commercial terms with imports/exports distributors.
* Develop and execute international growth strategies for the import/export of PepsiCo snacks, foods, and powdered products across global markets.
* Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and make business development recommendations.
* Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including 'size of prize' modeling, investment requirements, and local market sell-in materials.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade dynamics that impact the business.
