The Opportunity

founding regional leadership role
. You will
own the APAC GTM
strategy, execution, people, and outcomes.
You'll inherit a
small, high-performing team
that has already delivered
~100+% of target this year
, and you'll be responsible for
growing the team
, building scalable processes, and making the region your own.

What You'll Do
* Own
APAC revenue and GTM strategy
, reporting into global leadership
* Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.
* Build and refine
regional playbooks
: ICPs, vertical strategy, deal qualification, forecasting, and pipeline management
* Remain
hands-on in strategic enterprise deals
, influencing and closing $40k–$200k+ USD opportunities
* Personally engage with
$1B+ revenue enterprises
, supporting reps in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Climate Specialists to shape regional messaging and use cases
* Drive predictable growth while maintaining strong win rates and sales discipline
* Hire, develop, and retain top-tier GTM talent as the region scales
