1. CEC/SAA Solar & Battery Electricians
For experienced professionals wanting consistent, premium projects with a company that values workmanship over rushed quotas.
2. Licensed Electricians Wanting to Move Into Solar
Perfect for sparkies looking to enter the renewable sector. Full training, mentoring and accreditation support provided.
3. Solar Roofers / Labourers
For candidates with roofing, labouring or solar installation experience who want stable, ongoing work and a pathway into the solar/electrical industry.
You'll work primarily across the Adelaide region, with occasional regional projects as needed.
What You'll Do
Electricians
Install, commission and maintain premium solar, battery and EV charging systems
Troubleshoot, fault-find and complete compliance documentation
Deliver clean, professional work to a high standard
Maintain strong safety and regulatory compliance
Work collaboratively with the Eco Elite team and communicate confidently with clients
Roofers / Labourers
Handle rooftop works including rail installs, panel mounting and safe access
Support electricians during installations
Manage materials, site setup and safe work practices
Maintain strong attention to detail and site cleanliness
What You'll Bring
Electricians – Essential
SA Electrical Licence
White Card
Driver's Licence (clean record)
Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
Highly Desirable
CEC Solar PV Accreditation
SAA Battery Accreditation (or willingness to obtain with company support)
Roofers / Labourers – Essential

Confident working at heights
Experience in roofing, solar, or construction labouring
A Plus
EWP ticket
Previous solar installation experience
