Our construction team requires a full‑time smart, loyal and driven qualified as an in‑house solicitor who can handle all areas of law including leases, construction contracts, litigation, and criminal law. Full‑time work with regular remote work from home as required.

Legal Counsel – Commercial, Corporate & Transactions
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance across commercial, corporate, and transactional matters for the construction team.
- Draft, negotiate, and review leases, construction contracts, and related documentation.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution as needed.
- Address criminal law matters relevant to the role.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor eligible to work in Australia.
- Ability to handle both criminal and civil law matters.
- Experience with leases, construction contracts, and litigation is preferred.
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of remote work as required.
- Current Australian driver’s licence (as per application questions).
