Responsibilities
* Booked out 1-2 weeks in advance at all times
* ~80% of consults are privately charged (high billings)
* Provide clinical care with focus on high-quality medicine and patient health needs
* Work with a team of 3 nurses trained in health assessments, wound care/management and the entire scope of general practice
* On-site pathology, pharmacy and other allied health in proximity
* On-site pathology with fast turnaround of results for secondary appointments
* Manage billing discretion: choose who you bulk bill, with reception driving conversations with patients and their fees
* Maintain a practice that is not solely for medical certificates; focus on comprehensive patient health
Benefits
* Not accepting new patients due to current demand – new GP will be booked out immediately
* 3 nurses at all times
* Clinical interests: Skin Cancer, Paediatrics, Women's Health, Mental Health and many more
* Open long trading hours – complete flexibility around rostering and days
* Incoming GP will have their own dedicated room with preferred equipment
* On-site pathology and other allied health in proximity

* All billings at the complete discretion of the GP

* Privately owned by a group of GPs - longstanding centre with patient base
* Utilises Best Practice; practice manager is proficient and supportive
* Patient demographic is diverse
* Plenty of free and accessible parking, close to public transport
* COVID-era observations: no reduction in patients and limited telehealth usage
* No tolerance of drug seekers
