We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing concrete works across residential and/or commercial construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day concrete operations on site
• Coordinate concreters, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings
• Ensure all concrete works are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards
• Monitor site safety and maintain compliance with WHS requirements
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks prior to pours and finishes
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients as required
• Organise labour, plant, and materials to maintain workflow efficiency
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and daily updates
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience supervising concrete or civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, reinforcement, and formwork
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• White Card essential
• Driver’s Licence required
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
