 
        
        Job Title
The role of the Creative and Business Development Manager focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with new partners and existing clients across local and international markets. The manager acts as a conduit between frontline labels and the sync team to implement a global sync strategy.
Key Responsibilities
 * Pitch domestic and international repertoire to client bases, respond to briefs, and proactively service clients with catalog priorities;
 * Coordinate listening sessions with key partners, curate playlists, and tag catalogs in client-facing libraries;
 * Liaise with local A&R teams on bespoke opportunities, work with artist development teams on sync opportunities, and provide quarterly pitch reports;
 * Investigate promo and marketing opportunities.
Business Development Objectives
 * Develop and strengthen relationships with media agencies, music supervisors, TV/film production companies, TV networks, digital/streaming platforms, and gaming companies;
 * Manage CRM, identify new sync clients and market opportunities, develop proposals, and present to prospective clients;
 * Set up new business meetings, provide detailed reports of leads and pitches, coordinate client invites for gigs, and manage monthly e-marketing communications to partners.
About You
 * Strong networker with superior customer service skills;
 * Unique ear for music and talent for curating playlists for visual content;
 * Strong technical skills in CRM (Salesforce) and clearance processes;
 * General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Keynote;
 * Minimum 3 years in synchronisation, licensing, or a similar role in the music/entertainment industry;
 * Excellent attention to detail and timely, accurate delivery on briefs;
 * Excellent presenting, written, and verbal communication skills;
 * Industry knowledge essential; must be obsessed with music;
 * Secondary education qualification required; tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.
