This is a permanent full-time position based at the library and knowledge centre. Evening shifts are required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive library environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service in a cross-cultural setting.
* Assist with library programs and activities, promoting library services and resources to the community.
* Participate in business plan development and implementation.
* Support team members to ensure daily operational requirements are met.
* Maintain library collections to meet community needs.
* Stay updated on current professional practices through staff meetings and training sessions.
