Salary: $90,000+ per annum (negotiable) + super + salary packaging benefits

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to play a pivotal role in shaping best-practice behaviour support across our services.
This is a hands-on position where you will:
* Lead by example in person-centred, evidence-based PBS
* Drive quality, consistency, and compliance across behaviour support practices
* Contribute to the growth and capability of a new and expanding team
You will work across centre-based and community settings, supporting children, families, and staff to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Practice
* Conduct person-centred assessments with NDIS participants, families, and carers
* Develop, implement, and review evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support Plan
* Promote the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategies
* Model best-practice service delivery and ethical decision-making
Capability Building & Compliance
* Provide guidance and leadership to behaviour support the frontline staff
* Collaborate closely with Allied Health professionals and operational leaders to support multidisciplinary practice

About You
You are a confident, collaborative practitioner who is passionate about improving the lives of people with disability.
* Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours
* Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner (BCBA / CBA desirable)
* Degree or Diploma qualifications essential
* Passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
* Strong report writing skills and the ability to translate assessment findings into clear, actionable plans
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to balance a dynamic caseload
* Proactive, solution-focused attitude with excellent people skills
