A Successful Business Analyst HRIS Should Have
A strong background in HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and technology.Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in system testing and troubleshooting methodologies.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in team environments.An understanding of change management practices and their to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
