We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Rockhampton. As demand for our services increases, we need caring and committed individuals to deliver exceptional in-home care.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide person-centred support that empowers elderly clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. You'll play an essential role in enhancing clients' quality of life through respectful and reliable care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing, while upholding each client's dignity and comfort.
* Deliver personalised care based on the unique preferences, routines, and needs of each client.
* Support with daily living activities, both in-home and in the community, including:
* Meal preparation and basic household duties.
* Personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
* Transportation to medical appointments and social outings.
* Companionship and social support.
* Foster independence and help clients maintain their lifestyle and wellbeing.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, afternoon shifts.

Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Worker.
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
* Driver's licence and vehicle.
* Current Car Insurance & Car Registration.
* National police check.
* First aid & CPR.
* Blue Card.

* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in personal care tasks.
* Excellent time management abilities.
