Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, a rare Recruitment Advisor position has arisen, based in our Cannon Hill Office.
The Position
- Manage your own regional portfolio
- Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment process
- Partnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities
- Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines
The Person
- Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment
- Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential
- Someone looking for a stepping stone to eventually move into a Recruitment Lead position;
- Or alternatively, someone not interested in management, but who loves working with sites to ensure their vacancies are filled!
