**Who are we looking for?**

We're looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to be the face our Newcastle office, providing outstanding workplace experiences to our clients, employees and visitors.

You'll also play a role in efficient office operations and administration functions, and it's also a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset and provide admin support for workplace events & client proposals.

**Working with an energetic and successful team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Being the first point of contact for visitor, client and employee enquiries, creating a welcoming environment for all
- Assisting with various administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings & set up, travel, archiving, reports, data entry and event support
- Formatting and compiling documentation such as proposals, reports, and CV's
- Monitoring and maintaining our workplace, ensuring it is tidy, organised, and presentable.
- Supporting various admin functions for bids, proposals, events, workshops, training sessions and other projects.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional workplace service experience
- At least 2 years' experience in similar receptionist or admin positions in a busy and professional environment
- Ability to provide administrative support with proficiency in MS Office packages including Teams, Word and Excel
- Outstanding work ethic with a proactive demeanour and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to be a key member of a lively, motivated, friendly and fun professional team
