The Role
Provide advice, litigation and dispute resolution services to a wide range of key government clients.
You will work on matters relating to all aspects of public law including administrative decision‑making, FOI, privacy, litigation involving merits review and judicial review proceedings in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts.
You
Have 1-8 years' experience gained in a reputable Government litigation practice including experience with our key government clients.
Alternatively, candidates with strong experience in an in‑house government role who are looking to transition into private practice.
