About The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Building Strong Foundations (BSF) team, supporting Aboriginal children (0–5 years) and their families. In this frontline role, you will work with Aboriginal Health Workers, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally safe, high‐quality care.
As the Building Strong Foundations Registered Nurse, at Lake Cargelligo, you will:
* Provide person‐centred, evidence‐based care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Deliver programs including Universal Home Health Visiting, Safe Start, child screening and surveillance, and immunisations.
* Promote and support breastfeeding, and facilitate community programs for child health, development, and parenting.
* Build trusting relationships with families and maintain links with internal and external health services.
* Respond to emergencies and elevate care as required.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Child and Family Health Nursing (or working towards the qualification).
* Accredited Nurse Immuniser Certificate and completion of Family Partnership Training.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and respond flexibly to changing priorities.
* A commitment to culturally safe, person‐centred care and continuous professional development.
* Female (position designated under Section 31 of the Anti‐Discrimination Act).
* National Police Check, NSW Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Check (where applicable).
