This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the entire site, driving sales, and guaranteeing top-quality customer service around the clock.
About The Role
Reporting to the business owner, you will be responsible for the complete management of the store, team, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management.
Lead, train, and develop a dedicated team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales.
Monitor inventory, sales performance, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
Implement and evaluate marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet business targets.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Prepare regular reports on sales, team performance, and operational issues.
Plan and organize special displays, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for fuel retail and fast food service.
Ensure compliance with fuel retail regulations and safety standards.

Skills And Experience
At least 1-2 years of work experience in the Retail Sector.
Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and retail software systems.
A strong sales focus with the ability to drive business growth.
A valid Australian driver's license.
Relevant qualifications in retail, management, or business (desirable).
Experience in petroleum retail or convenience store operations (preferred).
Computer literacy including POS systems and inventory management software (preferred).
