Job Title: Skilled Health Care Professional
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality medical care to our residents. As a skilled health care professional, you will be responsible for assessing the health conditions of residents, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA, knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, and excellent communication skills. They will also be adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
* Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
* Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
* Assessment and Documentation: Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.
* Pain Management: Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.
* Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.
* End-of-Life Care: Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
