Job Description
* Lead and support M&A and capital markets transactions in energy, infrastructure, mining, and resources sectors
* Build financial models, perform valuations, and support due diligence
* Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch books and transaction documentation
* Collaborate with senior bankers on deal origination, strategy, and client management
* Conduct market and sector research to support deal execution and identify opportunities
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to team culture
The Successful Applicant
* 5-8 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking, preferably from a leading advisory or institutional firm
* Proven track record in energy, infrastructure, mining, or natural resources transactions
* Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills with a commercial mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in client interactions
* Motivated, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments
* (Optional) Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA is a plus
