The Role Reporting to the Leading Hand, you’ll support the scaffold crew on site with material handling, preparation, and general site tasks. Key responsibilities: Assist scaffolders with the movement, preparation, and handling of scaffold materials Follow all PPE, SWMS, and hazard reporting procedures Work cooperatively with the team to keep site operations running smoothly Communicate respectfully with team members, supervisors, and other trades on site Drive your development by actively learning scaffold and safety procedures What We’re Looking For Current White Card Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport Experience in construction or manual labour (desirable) Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Physically capable and comfortable in a demanding work environment Positive attitude and a willingness to learn If you believe this is the right fit for you, interviews are being held now so apply today!
