A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a person with great administration, data entry and customer service skills to join our internal sales support team. As an integral member of our group, your role will include:
* Telephone customer service and internal sales with trade accounts
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Keying of orders
* Liaison with manufacturing and dispatch teams
* Interaction with the field trade sales team members
ABOUT YOU
* Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service team
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
* Excellent data entry skills
* Experience/Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry will be highly regarded
* Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
