Salary: Level 2, $72,562 - $77,741 per annum (pro-rata) (DOE (SSO) CA 2024)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025.
Warwick Senior High School (SHS) is an Independent Public School located in the northern suburbs of Perth. It offers a mix of traditional and innovative programs, with courses leading to tertiary studies, TAFE, traineeships and apprenticeships and the workplace. Specialist programs include Department of Education Approved Netball and Australian Rules Football, school based Academic Excellence, Dance Elite and Music, and a number of vocational education and training (VET) certificates. The school emphasises academic excellence, staff development, and a learning environment where students can aspire, learn and grow through its Instructional Model and Professional Learning Communities.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant would:
- process enrolment applications in accordance with the Department’s Enrolment Policy and procedures
- work with the team to collaborate and conduct discussions with staff, parents/guardians and the community to identify student absenteeism and truancy and to collect and provide case information
- undertake essential student-centred activities such as providing information and advice, collecting documentation for enrolment and managing incoming telephone calls, visitor enquiries, diary appointments, meetings and emails

Qualifications and Eligibility
Essential eligibility and requirements include:
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start
