As Divisional Executive Manager you'll have specific focus on connecting FAR Accountabilities with Divisional Leadership decisions and you'll make an impact by :
providing timely and commercially pragmatic advice to the CRO and Group Risk Leadership team; drawing on technical knowledge and expertise to be considered a governance risk and compliance professional and trusted adviser to the Accountable Person and their key direct reports as it relates to them meeting their accountabilities and reasonable step obligations.
oversight of governance processes and the provision of governance related advice.
acts as a key connector across the enterprise breaking down silos across the material value chains and acting as a conduit for increasing speed of decisions and improving information flow.
Position description : Divisional Executive Manager Group Risk Position
This is a permanent full-time position. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne, Adelaide, Bendigo, Ballarat, Brisbane or Sydney corporate office.
What you'll bring to the role
Strong business and risk background with exposure to the areas of responsibility including but not necessarily limited to Enterprise risk governance and FAR requirements.
Experienced in Risk Prudential and Compliance frameworks.
Ability to work under broad direction deal with competing demands and / or changing priorities manage multiple initiatives and effectively manage expectations of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and deliver to strict deadlines.
Strong ability to think strategically and implement practically.
Demonstrated interpersonal stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to operate interact and influence at senior levels across a business including Executive & Senior Management.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are essential.
