The Opportunity:
Join our SA Casual Pool as an Experienced Barista. Enjoy Monday–Friday shifts, a supportive team, and the chance to showcase your coffee skills in a fast-paced, professional environment serving a valued community.
The Position:
* Prepare and serve quality espresso coffee with consistency and care
* Calibrate and maintain coffee machines and grinders for optimal performance
* Operate a coffee bar including opening, closing, and cash handling
* Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
* Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
* Participate in stock rotation and stocktake when required
The Person:
* Proven barista experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Australian Citizen (Desirable but not required)
* Must hold a National Police Check (NPC) within the last 3 months
* Working With Children Check (WWCC) – desirable
* Must be available Monday to Friday
* Willingness to complete site induction prior to commencement
