Overview
You will be involved in all facets of repairs, modifications, upgrades and fit outs to all types of Recreational Vehicles. Your duties and responsibilities will contribute to the business's reputation of providing exceptional quality workmanship. Through your duties and responsibilities, you will also contribute to the smooth, efficient, safe, and clean day-to-day operations of the workshop.
This is a full-time role, with no weekend work. The salary package is attractive for the right experience and background.
About You
To be successful in this role, we are seeking someone who is fit, organised, positive and has a great attention to detail. We are seeking a great team member who is comfortable working autonomously and enjoys being part of a team and cares about delivering exceptional workmanship. Ideal candidates will have general 'handyman' experience or come from a trade background preferably in the joinery or carpentry fields. You don\'t need to be an experienced caravan technician, but you must have some trade / 'handyman' experience who is an 'all-rounder' able to extend and learn in other areas.
The Musts
- Able to follow directions and specific procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and task prioritisation.
- Have an exceptional level of attention detail with pride in your workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and work as a team – team fit is key!
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethos.
- Caravan experience is not essential, but you must have some trade / 'handyman' experience.
- Experience in a similar role / trade background.
- Other work experience, where work skills have been learnt and are transferable to this role.
