About Business Support Officer Role

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills?

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an administrative capacity, providing support to various business units.

* Administrative tasks include managing the reception area, handling internal and external queries, and maintaining confidentiality.
* You will be responsible for processing service requests, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and answering employee queries.
* Maintaining company stationery supplies, generating purchase requisitions, and updating intranet pages are also key aspects of this role.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and requirements.
* Strong internal and external customer focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills, including the ability to develop comprehensive administrative systems.
* The ability to work under pressure, making judgements about competing priorities to meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work co-operatively within a team environment and build rapport with people from all levels of the company and Defence environment.
