We are currently seeking a reliable & motivated office administrator / Receptionist for a Full-Time position at our Garage Door Business. We pride ourselves in our relationships, attention to detail and professional services.
You’ll be the First point of contact between our clients, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process from start to finish.
You will be part of an administration team working in a supportive environment with a great team culture.
The role
- Scheduling Reps with incoming enquires
- Keeping our clients updated on the progress of their garage doors
- Data Entry & Updating Data Bases
- Scanning, Copying, and Filing
- Booking service appointments
- Assist Office Manager when necessary
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes
- Articulate, Skilled and Presentable
- Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
- Work well under pressure, patient and well composed
