Transport Coordinator Role
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Transport Coordinator to join our high-energy & supportive Operations team based in Wingfield, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating truck scheduling for external subcontractors across multiple jobs (including major projects) as well as delivering professional, solutions-focused service to our customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinating transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient fleet management.
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for drivers and contractors.
* Using internal systems to ensure seamless logistics and transportation planning.
* Onboarding and inducting new contractors to ensure they have a smooth transition into the role.
* Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling is essential, preferably within the transport, civil construction or earthmoving industry.
* Understanding of fatigue management principles would be an advantage.
* High-level organisational and prioritisation skills are required to manage competing demands.
