The Opportunity
* Executive support to the Managing Director
* Meeting scheduling and minute taking
* Diary and inbox management
* Liaising with internal and external staff and clients
* Oversee project timelines and provide ongoing support to ensure milestones are met and projects remain on track
* Adhoc reporting and administration
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 4+ years experience supporting executive leadership
* Experience working for a Commercial Contractor, Building Supplier or Residential builder
* Is confident, diligent, methodical, uses discretion, takes initiative, and has key leadership skills
* Remains composed under pressure while staying highly organised
* Can work autonomously and uses initiative
