What you'll bring to the role
We believe that leadership is about connection, growth, and support. We're excited to meet people who have:
* Hands-on experience with salesforce financial services cloud and optionally nCino product
* Passionate in resolving highly complex production stability issues to mature the platform ongoing
* Related experience as an engineering manager who is still able to code and design software solutions or products.
* A passion for nurturing product led engineering teams to collaboratively build and deliver high-quality software.
* A gift for coaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others grow in their careers.
* A natural ability to connect with people, building strong relationships and clear communication bridges.
