About the role
In this role, you will provide purposeful leadership and direction to create a high-performing team environment. Your responsibilities include providing oversight and management of team operational/strategic activities in line with financial and divisional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive performance of the team that delivers results against the business strategy and financial targets.
* Motivate, develop, and engage team members to drive results and create a high-performing team.
* Manage day-to-day workflow; resources, productivity, and efficiency, ensuring performance objectives.
* Seek advice from Technical Advisor and Injury Management Advisor regarding complex decisions.
* Analyse data and reports to identify trends for performance improvement.
* Build, enhance, and maintain quality relationships with all internal and external customers.
Requirements:
* Desirable 5+ years' experience leading and coaching teams.
* Demonstrated experience in claims management, personal injury claims or an associated field.
* Proven experience leading a team of people with the ability to lead, engage, and motivate others.
* Ability to understand data, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver to business targets.
