About You To excel as an Enrolled Nurse, you will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and bring the following: Registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible for) a current practising certificate. Completion of an approved medication administration program is required. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong prioritisation skills, capacity to recognise and report clinical changes, and the ability to approach challenges with creativity, flexibility, and innovation. Experience providing nursing care in healthcare settings, and sound knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse’s role, relevant legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems.
