Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the team partners closely with stakeholders to deliver compliant, best-practice recruitment outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, from taking job briefs and sourcing candidates through to interviewing, offer management and placement. Youll work closely with stakeholders to provide market insights, build strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth, compliant recruitment process.
What You Will Need
* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing
* Confident interviewing and candidate assessment skills
* Full working rights in Australia
