Nursing Care Coordinator

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in nursing or higher, full un-restricted AHPRA registration, and significant experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
* The successful applicant will demonstrate ability to meet targets and performance outcomes, as well as support a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
* They will possess decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
We offer a permanent position with a starting annual salary of $81,000, 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging, and the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
