The Opportunity
As a Senior Design Engineer within our Advanced Technology division, you will play a pivotal leadership role in managing and optimising our engineering systems while ensuring alignment across production, quality and supply chain functions.
You will drive continuous improvement across the engineering system, ensure all designs meet required industry standards of quality, functionality and manufacturability, and mentor the design team to build and maintain strong technical competency levels.
This role also contributes to the scoping and development of new Aerospace & Defence project opportunities.
Your Skills and Experience
* 7+ years’ experience in regulated design and product development
* Experience in Aerospace / Defence
* Deep knowledge of industry standards, engineering principles, and best practices
* Leadership experience within a design environment
* Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to manage innovation and deadlines
* Engineering qualification essential
