Job Description
As a Membership Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our Judgement Free Zone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greet and farewell all members and guests.
* Monitor club access to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
* Answer questions and resolve member complaints efficiently.
* Sell memberships, complete membership agreements, and enter new members into the database.
* Operate the Point-of-Sale system and collect past due account balances.
* Make appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessions.
* Organize and maintain the customer service front desk.
* Complete daily cleaning zones assigned by management.
* Assist with club housekeeping and restock paper products in the locker room.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We require previous customer service experience, Certificate 3 in Fitness, First Aid and CPR certification, and a National Police Check within 12 months of application date.
